Fried Liver Attack

I am playing  white side  against two knight defence..can you please let me know how can white get the piece back here after the Fried liver sacrifice or
the sacrifice doesn't work in this case ?

1. e4   e5
2. Nf3  Nc6
3. Bc4  Nf6
4. Ng5  d5
5. exd5 Nxd5
6. Nxf7 Kxf7
7. Qf3+ Ke6
8. Nc3  Ncb4
9. O-O  c6
10 ??? (what is white's best move and get the piece back ?)

I believe that this line is considered black's best defence.

You can't get the piece back. It wouldn't be a sacrifice then, would it?

Instead, you have compensation: black's king is in the center and white has good development. Those pluses are worth about a piece, so the game is level, but of course very sharp and complex.

I think 10.d4 is a good move, but I don't know these lines well.
