g4 opening
Sort:
Terrible opening, terrible game.
There is a semi-respectable opening that starts with 1.g4 (the Grob) where White's idea is to pressure Black's center and queenside along the a8-h1 diagonal, while chasing away from f6 a black knight that usually supports Black's center.
2.e4, however, shows complete disregard for these ideas. White's next is simply a blunder: after 3...Nxg4 (or even 3...Nxe4) Black has a winning attack.
