Sorry I was being vague from the the Budapest the gm game 1d4 Nf6 2 c4 e5 3 cxe5 Ne4 4 nf3 b6 5 Qd5 Bb7 6Qxb7 then the Gm resigns but I put into the computer and it comes up + 1.78 but I guess it was bullet after all a few posts back

Here is a bullet game I saw once, where a 1400 player beat grandmaster Maxim Dlugy with the Budapest.

I think it was played on ICC, if I recall.

6.Qxb7 wins, so it does not deserve a double question mark.

😅 I was trying to find another game but gave up where white goes Qd5 to attack the knight then you can play d6 defending with your bishop then if they take on g7 you can fork queen and b2 with your bishop on f6 which is defended by the knight hopefully makes sense 😅

Englund Gambit
Warning ⚠
  • Don't do this against people rated 1200+
  • If your opponent doesn't fall for this, you will be in a bad position

yeah, I was going to say benko gambit too as it's one of the top 10 gambits EVER according to many sources. I just can't stand fianchettos myself. I really wanted to build a repertoire around the albin, but tactical pickins for black are even slimmer after 1.d4 d5 if white doesn't queen's gambit, and most lines favor white significantly after just move 1 there!

those are some pretty dismal stats

Benko looks pretty good once you get to move 7

those are very good stats
