There are several good books on the Pirc, but "Pirc Alert!" (2nd edition) is in a class by itself.
"Play the Benko Gambit" by Pedersen and "Attack With Black" by Aveskulov are good.

Can anyone please recommend a book on the Pirc and Benko (preferably ones that doesn't try to make you OD on the latest super theoretical lines)?
