Hmm try Vienna or if you are positional Catalan I've played s lot of Catalan and my win rate was 80 percent
I love the Scotch. I play the Ruy Lopez, but if I were to choose a second option, it would by far be the Scotch. It can easily reach a solid, comfortable position for white. It’s also incredibly easy to learn.
I just love e4 openings in general. There are many variations you can choose from.
These are all good options at your level.

Black is significantly better and white chose a dubious, easily refuted cheap trap trying to win a quick game, not knowing that he’s now getting crushed like an ant.
The Richter veresov attack is super under rated and very simple. You go d4 and after your opponent plays d5 OR Nf6 you go Nc3. At some point you will play Bg5 and just play for e4 with f3 and Qd3, castle long, dominate the center, and go for a kingside attack.
Also there's this cool trap

here Qd3 is good to go for e4 and 0-0-0
me gusta mas lo de e4 y e5 ya que se controla el centro en la primera jugada y permite un buen desarrollo de piezas
algo basico pero si se sabe utilizar es un arma mortal
e5 es la mejor jugada para igualar para las negras. Personalmente prefiero c5, la siciliana, ya que es la más agresiva. Es decir que, cuando uno juega c5, no quiere hacer tablas. Quiere ganar con las negras.
Sin embargo, hablamos de las aperturas para las blancas, o sea cual de las aperturas dentro de e4 e5 es la mejor (mientras no sea muy complicada).
