I know the Na4 line is reasonably regarded, idea being to gain tempo from e4.

Use game explorer and look at some of the games with Na4 , there are more than 100 games with it in game explorer ...

Skipping through games explorer, there seems to be many idea for black and white in the Na4 variation. Black can fianchettoe the LSB, or play F5 at some point and get his LSB out that way. Black will have to challenge and break up white's centre at some point with a prepared C5 or e5, as in any grunfeld.
