Oh, wait, like 5. Bc4 ~ 6. d3 ~ 7. f4?
yes
you can play f4 if Nf3 isn't played, so I like to delay that and play f4 is black doesn't have a bishop on d6
*snip* Czech benoni as black against d4
Aekhine as black against e4 *snip*
Wow, same
Czech Benoni for you too? Somehow I don’t believe you, I’ve seen literally nobody else play this
@BIZMARK, how is your stamp collection going on?
Oh sorry, I misread. It's not about opening your Christmas present and finding a lovely new stamp album. It's about the Cambridge Springs!

Still haven’t picked up QGD.
Perhaps you should because it's very complicated and interesting. I went for years slightly looking down on people who played it, because I was so pleased with my Modern Benoni. The results from it became steadily worse and a few months ago I went back to the QGD. I'm having to learn it all over again and I'm loving it. Loads of opportunities for black to play for a win, even in the dreaded Exchange Variation, because black's main strategy in that is to attack white.
Nah, I don’t like QGD because of its apparent lack of space and bad bishop. It’s pretty solid but I just can’t pick it up since it’s not as unbalanced as I like.
I'm trying to learn the Danish gambit: contrary to popular belief it is not when you lose on time to get a danish at the bakery. The Donut Gambit, however, is when you sac the game for a donut.
and why is that?

Because, uh, I just don’t like the style of play it has. I also enjoy wading in theory about as much as I enjoy trying to understand Shakespeare.
RIP
