Help with Giuoco Pianissimo please!

I was just wondering who has the advantage in the following positions that derive from the Giuoco Pianissimo and if anyone could provide me with some tips for both white and black. Thanks a lot!

Both positions look roughly even. Giuocco pianissimo is notorious for it's draw like tendancies You may want to try something else as white on move 4 such as c3 or b4

Ok, So the Giuco Piano is reasonably drawish. The Giuco Pianissimo is VERY drawish. Instead of going down a drawish line, like this:

I suggest that you try something after the Giuco Piano like Castling, or playing the Evan's Gambit. If you are on the black side, I suggest a continuation maybe like this:
But in general, I usually reccomend staying away from this whole opening unless you want a draw and play the two knights defense which goes as follows:
