Hippopotamus attacks

Hi all, FYI
A new book has just been released about the hippo attack (and also about the defence):
https://www.amazon.com/Easy-Guide-Hippo-Attack-Defence/dp/1973974428/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1501452485&sr=1-1&keywords=hippo+chess
The Kindle version should be available in a few hours!

Can anyone rated 1800+ or with a title explain how the game would typically play out if both White and Black use the Hippo setup?

If you try to get a Hippo set up, you'd get something like this (assuming both players prefer passive play)
As a note, you don't reach a "true" Hippo system. Under passive Hippo theory (staying adverse to pawn breaks), you get a closed front and probably a draw. Some players are more willing to go for pawn breaks; I am not-- I'd rather take the draw
