It's not good. Black's Nxe4 is already a big mistake and white should punish it with Qe2, winning material. Your Qf3 however does nothing.
In the given game, f6 is an insane move by black and it loses immediately. Any reasonable move instead, and black is fine.
Play it its good if you get into that position
