How do I memorize many lines.

I've tried to memorize lines in openings that don't have a lot of theory, and are supposed to be reliable and not very difficult to memorize. Unfortunately, I only find myself memorizing maybe 4 of the moves, then I am lost. And that is just one line of the opening. I know I'm not that high rated, but I feel like I should be able to memorize more than this. Do y'all know of anything I could do that would help me get better at memorizing these lines, or maybe strategies you used?

Don't memorize lines. Learn the key ideas in them.

Thing is I dont consistently play one opening, I usually just hope something works. So how do I learn what these key ideas are.

You don't especially if you want to improve. Learn several openings that are your style and learn the ideas behind them. All else is a waste of time.

Keep playing them and then use the game analysis on here to show where you went wrong and right. This actually means putting in time playing the games and going over each and everyone of them. There is also an opening lines analysis on the games you play available in game.
