How do you handle the Bc4 closed sicilian?

I have been picking up the Sicilian Kan, but my Kan and pawn structure books are falling short on playing variations where the kings bishop is not fianchettoed. I know that d5 is a liberating and is often possible, but after trading with the e pawn it is is symmetrical and pushing d4 opens up the bishop to pressure back. I'm not how to continue with that advantage. I know how to pawn storm the queenside but not so much without the fianchettoed bishop. I am looking for people to post games of how they approached this opening. Thank you.
