Yeah it's easy: you just don't push d4-d5.

This forces Black to transpose into a different defense.

i mean, the benoni is virtually refuted by the following line: d4 nf6 c4 c5 d5 e6 nc3 exd5 cxd5 g6 nf3 bg7 bf4! even at the top level white scores amazingly well. if you just wanna play the London against everything though, then you are just going to get an equal position with your normal set up

There are a lot of different setups and lines in the Benoni, I've played 200+ games in it myself. The most challenging response is when white advances with d5 and creates an early kingside attack or something. Might be a couple of ideas.
