How do you play e4 c5 f4?

the move order is 1 e4 c5 2f4 and immediately d5 it fights for the centre followed by fianchettoing the black white bishop

I usually play some form of c4 sicilian
*c3.
Why dont people called it Alapin? Make his creator proud.
Oops, I ment c3. I don't know. Some reason I didn't think of it as alapin since Alapin variation is e4 c5 c3 straight away and usually throw the 'normal sicilian'-like Nf3 inbetween

Doh, silly me, you are right, don't know where that come from, I am involved in a game against the grand Prix at the moment, where f4 is prominent
