How do you pronounce 'lputian'?

Okay, highly important topic requiring the best chess minds. How do you pronounce lputian? "lp" is not a normal combination of letters, but I would like to be able to pronounce this variation.

I've always pronounced it like Lilliputian without the first "li". No guarnatees though.

i always pronounce lputian with Lih-poot-ee-ahn.

I pronounce it as 'lpoo-tyan' but could be wrong...

and Ftacnik as 'ftaschnik' but again that's probably wrong.

By the way why is this in the opening thread?

Lputian is the name of a variation in the French, so it seemed most appropriate.
