Here's my actual thoughts on the London:

I feel as if white can push for a small advantage if faced with 1. d5 instead of 1. nf6. Won't be a huge advantage, but maybe a slightly favorable endgame for white or something

London vs 1. nf6 just hands black a good game after 1. d4 nf6 2. Bf4 c5 3. e3 qb6

Although I could be wrong as I couldn't be bothered to play London instead of Colle

That is one of the only theoretical lines in the London because it disturbs the system. Compare that to something like the Najdorf. There are countless of lines and variations. That is an example of "a lot of theory."

I’m pretty sure the Benoni against the London either has a lot of theory or is not the best. Forgot.
