I really like the pelikan and svenshinkov Sicilian with e4 c5 nf3 nc6 d4 exd4 nxd4 nf6 nc3 e5
1.When white goes d4 you take it with the c pawn exchanging ur flank pawn for center pawn
2. You fianchetto your dark square bishop on the long diagonal
3. You put a rook on the c file
4. You push the queenside pawns to attack the white king if they castle long, if they castle short u still push the queenside pawns to create weaknesses.
I think you are good to go

The Sissycillian starts 1.e4 c5 2.d4 cx d 3.Nf3..doesn't actually matter 3.c3 dxc 4.Nxc3 ...doesn't actually matter....black angrily quits.

Sicilian is a great opening as it involves moving a flank pawn to control the center.
As far as I know its kinda advanced but i play it often.
To really understand it and the game mechanics I suggest you visit gothamchess on youtube.
