Damiano Defense.  White either mates or gets a lead in development.  For example, 3. Qe7 4. Nf3 Qxe4+ Be2 with an advantage to White.

I wouldn't move my king out.  Why not just move the pawn at g7 up and block the queen?  Ive had this done to me before and it really ends up with whites queen in jeopardy.
