Joking aside: There is no ‘best opening’ so the answer depends on your and your opponent's playing strength, experience, knowledge, preferences, etc.

Start out with some anti sicilians. Then gradually transition to either... the open lines, or something that's still serious like the Closed Sicilian or Rossolimo. But these are some of the ones I'd consider if I were white and starting out -
