How to play against Grand Prix?

Not sure what you mean there since that isn't the Grand Prix. I don't know what it is.

I just took a look at it on the analysis tool. I think it isn't particularly good for white but pretty much the only move for black is the knight move, because black doesn't want downgraded pawns. The knight move is just a way of preserving black's structure and I think Zionist is right that black doesn't take on b5. So maybe Ne2. Black isn't threatening to win a piece by Qb6 until e6 has been played, so white has a move to think about things. I think it equalises for black but still leaves an unusual and possibly complex game, which may be to white's taste.
Of course, the GPA is 3. f4.

That seems rather badly thought out by white. I think both sides should keep the pieces on until something becomes a bit clearer.

I've been getting a lot of GPAs recently, especially over the past few days. They're quite slow but you really shouldn't play them like this was played a couple of games ago. People don't seem to realise that when they delay their deveopment, black effectively becomes white and will attack. 5 mins blitz.
