how to play against random moves

So I am a London System type of guy (the version that Ginger GM teaches) and they do a great job at showing me all of the main lines. I’ve committed those to memory, but what if I play against someone who doesn’t know anything about opening fundamentals? And this goes for any opening as well. What should I be looking for to easily claim my advantage and spot common weaknesses in playing arbitrarily.

Let’s see how to do this…

If your opponents play any move that doesn’t control e4 themselves, we can push a pawn there.

Just showing an example, don’t play exactly as I played…

Just relax and develop your pieces, analyzing your opponent’s threats.

Basically against weird moves just try and establish a pawn center. Things should work out most of the time.

I generally go with this type of structure
