While the above are worthy comments, consider dealing with the Sicilian by playing the Smith-Morra Gambit. All gambits force the gambiting player to not only master chess principles but also to develop a sense of when to break those principles, as well as an excellent sense of timing.

i usually like to use the rossolimo then transform it into an alapin its a brawl in the center but black will have a harder time with that double pawn (if continued with the exchange rossolimo)
