The SCID vs. PC program can do this nicely.
AFter a few moves are played, and the opening determined, this information will be displayd underneath the board, in the Game Information window.

Hi chess people,
I have a .pgn file and I was wondering if anyone knew a good website or program I could use where I upload or paste the pgn data and I can look through the game and the name of the opening variation is also displayed somewhere. Mainly I want a quick way to find out what the name of the opening is that was played.
Thanks.
