2 is fried liver

#2 is not the Fried Liver.  It is the Two Knights Defense.

After 5.exd5, Black did not play 5...Nxd5 (A requirement for it to be a Fried Liver (6.Nxf7), but rather 5...Na5.

3 is benoni

#3 is the Benko Gambit with 5.b6.  Not the Benoni.

Given the state of black's kingside development, it could be some Scandi.

Bab3s

I used Chessbase's position explorer to cheese the problem, but the answer is 1. Nf3 d5 2. b3 c5 3. e4. No clue what that's called

chamo2074

1Nimzo Indian

2Italian Knight attack, main line

Norfolk Gambit, Carlsen played that against Anand a few years ago, if I remember correctly.

How on earth did you get a TROMPOWSKY out of #10
