I'm studying this line and I fell into potrrs, masters and computer in total contradiction ?!

The computer is definite, and there is no such move in the list of masters? - Qd3! First Favorite to PC, but humans not 1% legalize this?!?!

there is no such move even in the May-wide master list 
(move 5.Qd3!(after 4...Nc6

ladies and gentlemen, look at how the analytics system
 evaluates it

I wonder why it is not in the list 

of masters at all ?(move #5 for White, Qd3!
