Play the Halloween Gambit
I need a "scary" opening
or the "semi-reversed Bongcloud" - it aught to scare (and confuse) the crap out of them... might be a bit suicidal though...
Playing a gambit seems to be a great way of playing something scary, but not just one choise as Gambitking suggested. You need to be prepaired for different gambits depending on which colour you have and on how your opponent opened. If your opponent opens with a gambit you could even look for counter gambits to really stir things up.
I googled "chess gambits" and found some interesting stuff:
Examples of gambits: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gambit#Examples

Another option but gambits is to start with some un-sound moves, not too un-sound of course, you still want to win. The point is that your opponent can't stand the look of an un-sound opening move, so even it is not him playing it, it still disturbs his senses and his mind so you might get an advantage right away. Well, this could be a bit of a risky approach in case your opponent has good nerves.

If you're going dressed as chopped liver, surely the fried liver attack is the correct choice of opening
Who is this guy??? Ha ha ha! Hey, I call that a challenge, my friend! Them's fighting words! How about we put your little line to the test, eh? I'll take you on in the position after 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 f5!? 3. exf5, as shown... and we'll just see what happens!
Hopefully, I can show you that simply saying 'no play whatsoever' does not make that so!
The Gambit King
Sounds like me months back when I went after the Latvian Gambit. Despite being an awful opening choice, black can still hold a draw so it is not the worst opening in chess.
I would agree with the Halloween Gambit being an appropriate opening, all things considered.
If you want to "scare" your opponent, however, I would also suggest using the Danish Gambit. There are refutations (then again, doesn't every gambit), but nevertheless, it can be an intimidating opening to play against, especially if you don't know the lines.
Wait, erm, the Fred Gambit! The scarier-looking cousin of the Latvian, but very much worse, and likely to scare anyone away... 1.e4 f5??
I think you first have to be clear if you're trying to scare your opponent or scare yourself.
Well hopefully Both!!
Thanks everyone for all of these ideas. I will go over all of these and I'll make sure to reply with the ones I plan on using.
I will also make sure to record the games I play and post those to show you how they go.
After looking up several of the openings I have a review on some of them.
Fried Fox Defense- So far it has been successful in live chess winning in all rated games. I definately plan on using it. Very beautiful strategy.
Goring Gambit- Considering I have prior experience with opening up with the Scotch this is a very colorful addition to the opening. I haven't tried it out yet but I have every intention of giving it consideration.
I've looked at all the other seggested openings but I haven't had enough time to play them in a real game. I feel like I need to look at a lot more, "what-ifs" before I use them in any real games. I really really really want to make the Bongcloud opening work. I just don't know if I can pull it off.
On the 30th I'm going to a chess tournament called, "dying to play chess" The time control is thirteen minutes, we're supposed to wear costumes, and its being played at a morge starting at 9 Pm and ending somewhere around three Am.
I'm looking for a sacry opening (that and a good costume)
Got any ideas? I was kind of thinking about going with the opening 'chopped liver'
But I want to see if anyone else has any cool ideas. The only other opening I can think of would be Rook assault. I'd prefer an openning that kills.
