Stockfish 13+ suggests 1...c5 or 1...e6 on 1. e4 (depth = 49) and 1...e6 on 1. d4 (depth = 47).

Actually, it's curious that SF prefers (on 1. d4) the Horwitz defense 1...e6 rather than 1...Nf6. 
against 1. e4 you score the best with the Sicilian defense, winning 67% of games, though you have only played 6 games total in it. Against 1. d4 you score the best with the English defense, with 100% but you have only played 1 game with it.
