Well I can think of only the Nimzo-Larsen attack, which is 1. b3. I do not find it particularly hard to believe that Black would get a solid position out of this.
I need the name for an opening type position!
Do you mean this?

Alright, so I apologize in advance for the vagaries of my description. I was reading an article here on chess.com the other day, and I don't remember what it was called. But in it, it mentioned something about the Larsen (Lawson? Lawsen? Larson) position, and that it was one of the most solid positions for black. It involved being able to plant a knight in the center, and a line that i remembered was something like "difficult to dislodge without serious concessions." I believe it came up in the sicilian, and since I tend to play sicilians, I am of course interested in figuring it out. Can anyone help? Thanks.
