What Time Control Truly Defines a Player’s Rating on Chess.com? (Rapid vs. Blitz)

Hey everyone, I often see massive discrepancies between player ratings in different time controls (., someone 1400 in Rapid but 900 in Blitz).
What is generally considered the "most accurate" indicator of a player's true skill level on this platform?

Rapid

In blitz and bullet you don’t necessarily THINK. You use pattern recognition. And that’s earned over experience and how long you’ve played. Or theory. But rapid you actually get to think and use your understanding and mind, not just memorizing

Depends on the level, if you're above 2000 blitz, I think it's a good indicator of you're skill level, but other than that, you should look at rapid.

blitz ofc. 2000 rapid is like 1800 blitz prolly. rapid kinda inflated icl

I would disagree,, especially at the top level where most players are 2600 blitz but only 2300 rapid.

Some people are really good at blitz and some people aren't, If you want to measure chess strength generally you should look at slower time controls.
