White, I think, has a good advantage in the way that he can castle on the kingside on move eleven, whereas black's queen and bishop are preventing him from castling either side. Black has a weaker queenside to castle on, because of the lack of a pawn on the a-file, so if he wants to castle, he would have to do it on the kingside. Here, the black bishop has to move.
