I don’t know what’s happening to me. I went from 400 to 200 in just one day. I played nearly 20 games today and made the biggest blunders. Watch YouTube and learn the basics and don't blunder too much everyone, always look at your pieces and if they being attacked or you have a good attack position or if they being defended and watch alot of YouTube chess channels

Dont focus on levels when playing, mostly as a beginner, they are meaningless. Playing better and worst Is a normal cicle that depend on your mental freshness. You Need time to lets Say rationalize improvements and also time without playing helps you with it
