It's funny how black in theory can make several deviations (say 4. ...h6, scaring the knight away faster) yet chance of them opening themselves to the icbm line is far more than near-zero. Not that I would complain.
I once got defeated like this.

I'm not sure what the computer eval is, but I would still prefer to play black in this position.
The moves are kinda sensible for beginner actually
Simplest counter is 3...e5 4.Nxe4 (or 4.d3 Be7 5.Nxe4 f5) f5 with advantage to Black: It is similar to Alekhine's variation at the Budapest gambit, but with a pawn at c7 instead of c5 - and this favors Black, as there are no Bb5+ tricks.
3...Bf5 is also fine.

This chess opening can win you a queen in the opening! All you have to do when you take the queen is castle so there is no discovered attack if they play e5.
