Interesting line in Scandinavian What to do?

As White, I have now been studying really hard against the Scandinavian and I was wondering what to do after:

Last night I looked at this position for about half an hour wondering what to do. I don't feel comfortable after 6. dxe5 Qxd1+ 7. Nxd1 Nc6 I feel that Black is a little more developed in this endgame. I looked at 6. d5 Bb4 7. Qb3 Bxc3 Is the main line but then I looked into 7... Qe7! 8. a3 Bc5 9. Ne4 and 9... Na6! And if White takes the Bishop, Black gains a tempo by recapturing with the Knight.

But then after looking into those 2, I then liked the look of 6. Nf3 which hasn't been played a lot by Grandmasters.

Is 6. Nf3 a sound way of playing or you have something better and an explanation after 6. d5

I recommend nf3 if you don't want to take e5, but why are you uncomfortable with 6. dxe5, qxd1, kxd1? Black's knight is relatively misplaced and you have decent center control, along with being a pawn up.

I once lost as white from this position in a friendly game against an inexperienced player. It sure bumped king shelter up my list of priorities when evaluating positions.

Yeah I play risky positions quite a lot so I'd think of exd5 first, but I think nf3 would be better or maybe nf3 instead of nc3

after nf3 maybe consider bg4?

bb4 then qb3 works out well

5.Nc3 is an inadequacy that allows this equalizing break from Black.

5.Nf3 clamps down on any e5 tricks.

Ditto to this advice. 5. Nf3 is important to play to prevent exactly that gambit from Black. The same situation occurs in the Queen's Gambit when Black plays the gambit ...e5.

6.Qe2!? is an interesting move, if you're willing to gamble (mildly). If you don't like it, then 6.Nf3 is your move- 6.dxe5 and 6.d5 do not promise anything.

Sorry, my comments didn't post. Looks like White is not gambling that much as you pick up the pawn back.
