And in 1922 London Tournament some critics of the London system called it as "old man’s variation" or the "boring system".

you can say whatever you want. but in reality n chess it is not applicable, There are lots of chess openings that have more than one name. I rest my case!
Even if we call this opening as "Eagle's Claw Gambit" it also fits to Pres. Duterte a prominent Davaoeño and apparently the Phil. Eagle or the Monkey-Eating Eagle the largest eagle in the world in terms of wing span it is the symbol of Davao City.
