uh, just store the info from chess tutorials and books in your head...

don't watch any tutorial or read any books on Chess mate. every single move you make, should come from a memory of defeat or annoyance or victory.. and blend them all into your game.. I could tell you the way to win in 4 moves, but it was originally done by myself, against my dad, who showed me a different respect, then off the table when I stored the wisdom, and kicked his ass with it again!!!

that cryptic, computer like approach has no place in the game, young padawan. that's why the AI vs Kasperov was a big deal. algorithm vs experience and recall of knowledge.

after all, for me to say that the above is a good move or not, would have to depend on me seeing it before. maybe it was a long time ago, and made a slight adjustment, and made it a brilliant move.

but you can keep the following in mind, as they will instantly make you better... ( I shouldn't be telling you this!!), lol...

theres 1 piece that's unique in the arrangement of both your layouts, so make this piece your target...and play it like it's not. never keep a king and queen one space apart. ..in one move, a knight will check your king, then rape his queen. hide the real attacking piece behind a knight when you can....its like making two moves in one!!!. keep a bishop aimed at that annoying pawn by the king....it won't be able to take you when you land on diagonal square.... not many players show opponent's that much respect to really account for this, and it's a killa move. your castles are your best pieces, not the queen...believe!!, lol. hang on a mo. haha do you fancy a game?
