With best play, it leads to a perpetual draw though the theory is really dense and insane & honestly I don't see how practical it is to play it because it can deviate in so many ways to reach a very unclear position
If White is a good player the Traxler should be losing. If White captures Nxf7 it's a forced draw while Bxf7 wins a pawn for White and misplaces your King and you have very little compensation for it. Play something more correct like the Polerio Defense if you really want to punish the Fried Liver
