Is this a good opening?

I have been playing this a lot in my bullet games, and i want                 to know if this opening is actually good.  Please note any improvements.

Are you white? Looks pretty mainline to me. As black I wouldn't play the knight there though because it removes the c5 break.

queen gambit declined, it is good. I prefer Slavic so c8 bishop doesn't get stck but that s just preference...

One comment (I may be corrected), it may be worth playing useful moves e.g. Rc1, Qd2 before Bd3, to try and achieve dxc4 Bxc4 in one move without moving the bishop twice.

1.d4 --- second more usual in the position ( after e4 )

1... Nf6--- more usual move in the position

2.c4 --- more usual move

2... e6 --- more usual move

3. Nf3 --- more usual move

3...d5 ---- more usual move

4.Bg5 ---- third move

4...Be7 ---- more usual move

5. Nc3--- more usual move

5...Nc6?! is however a weird move

if anyone has an opening that needs anaylisys this is the place
