For me, the Ruy Lopez. If you just remember the plans you will be able to play it other than knowing what to do against uncommon lines like gambits and use your main line plan to other uncommon lines.

I dont Like italian bcuz its top popular on beginer level, and most mastera prefer Ruy Lopez, do ill believe them

wow lol I don't think there's any opening in the world that isn't cool. Well, if you ask me to pick two of the most famous openings in 1.e4 e5, wouldn't it be Ruy Lopez or Italian Game? I respect your thoughts, and I think Italian game is good, but Ruy Lopez is cool too as it comes out a lot in the master game! :) | (There may be some weird sentences because using a translator.)
