I have watched a few videos on the London on YouTube and honestly I think it's harder to understand than playing e4 and just playing the italian.
It will basically just hamper your chess development as it teaches you to play on auto-pilot. The point of the London is that you basically just play the same thing as white every single game and have a totally equal position, rather than adapting to each defence and playing for advantages.

Man don't play London. Doing the same stupid setup where you go la la la isn't chess. Bottoms play London. Giving the power they have in opening suits their lifestyle too. It should be renamed to "femboy defense", cuz they surely ain't no man and they aren't attacking either.

A friend of mine was called down to the USA to cut up a Moon rock... he's an expert at that sort of thing. They let him keep some of the cutting dust, and he gave me a vial of it.
It turned out later that the rock he was cutting up was an impact breccia... it USED to be Moon-dust, that got whacked by an asteroid impact (on the Moon) and fused into rock... and then my friend turned it back into Moon-dust.
