just play 1.d5/1.e5 and 2.h5 . Taking is bad, allowing the rook trade is bad due to qh4 threats and g5 if 2.d3 is met with ne7-ng6

I've successfully refuted the grob after move 2.
Like seriously, what's the point in even playing the grob if you're going to play a weak passive move like h3 on move 2? Literally the only compensation you get for playing the grob is you get an unusual and tricky attack that catches people by surprise. If you're going to focus on the most solid move possible as early as move 2, then there's no point in even playing the grob in the first place.
because the foremost authority on g4 played it that way. also because 2.bg2 is worse
