Kamikaze is a good word for this opening!
If white wants to lose, he has several alternatives to this one. Simplest is 4. resigns.

It is bizarre when someone proposes a line where all candidate moves by the opponent win, even the ones that violate general chess principles.

This gambit is almost like disrespecting chess as a game. It's a forced loss. Seems like an opening for a game which you need to loose so that your friend can brag about defeating you to his girl.
