Kan 5. Qd3 or Qf3?

 Qf3 aims
for g4 push, both could transpose with e4 c5 nf3 e6 d4 cxd4 nxd4 a6 qd3 nf6 nc3 qc7 qg3 or a6 qd3 nf6 nc3 qc7 and a choice between g4 and qg3.

I would play neither, but if i had to choose one i would go Qd3

Qd3 obstructs the diagonal of Bf1 and Qf3 obstructs pawn f2.
Both commit the queen too soon.
What is wrong with the simple 5 Nc3?
