KIA vs. 150 Attack

Hi! I'm a King's Indian Attack player and I have a question: Is the 150 Attack playable as Black? If so, how do I counter it?

It is, search up “Pirc defense VS The 150 attack) by NM Robert Ramirez. Even though the Pirc and KID are whole different openings the ideas transpose to the KID too.

Yes, an "150 attack" setup is perfectly playable against the KIA. White should probably refrain from the standard Nbd2+e4 plan, and switch to queenside play with c3 and b4, which is OK due to the extra tempo.
