KID Question!

Something that's been getting me in my KID games as Black is not exchanging the g7 Bishop for the Knight on c3. It's something that just doesn't register on my radar.

Does anyone know of any model games that employ that very exchange?

I've only ever heard of that being common in the Averbakh, but I suppose that's only because black usually aims for e5 in pretty much every other line. AFAIK, it's pretty much only played when you have a way to win the e4 pawn or otherwise exert serious pressure on the center, AND usually only advisable if white's dark square bishop is already off the board. Here is Tukmakov v Gufeld 1983; the game was a draw but you can see those themes I laid out:

We can be sure Gufeld saw the full line winning the pawn before committing to the exchange. Anyways I know it also comes up as part of a tactical justification for an otherwise pre-mature e5 push, for example:
