King's Indian attack or Reti?

the opening as it stands is called reti, then
1.if u decided to go for queen side attack u play d3 then c4 and here u go for reti/english system
or 2.king side attack and play d3 and e4 , pointing ur pawns to black's king side
thats regardless of black reply (the essence of hypermodern openings)

It's nothing yet as it can literally transpose into anything. 1...Nc6 2.e4 e5 3.d4 and something completely different arises and much better too, the Scotch Game. Or you follow up with 2.b3 it's a Nimzo Larsen Attack. 2.d4 3.c4 and we have main line d4 openings. The list is endless. Chess isn't as simple as you play one move and that's the opening, sometimes 1.Nf3 is played for avoiding critical lines in main line theory so neither KIA or Reti are intended.
