Lazy response to d4

Hello all, I've been trying to create a lazy repertoire, because I'm embracing a club player mentality and don't want to spends loads of time studying lines. My main priority is to get a game of chess out of the opening and avoid the memory contest. As such I want an opening that is compact, not too dubious, and not too sharp.

As White I've settled on the London System, and against 1.e4 the Scandinavian defense. I find these are both effective in getting a game of chess and I'm not bothered by the lack of objective strength in either opening. I'm looking for suggestions on something similar to 1.d4, in the past the d4 openings I've played for extended periods of time are the nimzo, the semi-slav, and the grunfeld. These are all obviously too energy intensive for what I'm aiming for.

we have the same idea. My choice was the Polish for white. Against 1.e4 the Scandinavian and the Phillidor. And Against 1.d4, c5 the Old Benoni. It is forcing from move one much like the Scandinavian. very solid and if they push d5 play e5. Go into a Czech Benoni. still solid and way less theory than the Modern Benoni or The Benko gambit.

Play the reversed london. Against queen’s gambit play the baltic defense(if white doesn’t take, it’s a london, if white takes, it’s a scandinavian). As black you will often pin with your queen’s bishop and play Be7 instead of Bd6 for a more defensive playstyle(that’s the only difference between black and white london)
