Weird question. I can't figure out whether you are trying for suggestions for openings for you to play or for you to learn. Most openings are categorized by different pawn structures so my easy answer for you is to simply learn all the openings. But let's be a bit nicer:
dynamic center: Sicilian defenses where "you are not really sure who owns the center"
flexible center: Benoni defense, particularly the idea with (white's plan) f4, e5
closed center: chigorin lines of ruy lopez are the most famous examples.
a variety of pawn structures for you to consider:
1. the "Slav": comes from the c6-d5 pawn duo that can arise from the caro-kann, and of course the slav family in the queen pawn systems.
2. the "mustache": ok I named it that. This is the French defense, with the e6-d5 pawn duo (the other direction!) that is actually really rich in ideas as well.
Many other openings are actually just variations or combinations of the above "stuff" - which leads me to my previous ambiguous but hopefully now acceptable statement: Study everything.
good luck :)

I'm trying to learn more about pawn structures as they relate to openings. Specifically I'm trying to learn which openings I shpuld study to get basic knowledge of a number of different pawn structures. Currently I play the Kings Indian and Najdorf as Black and am learning the QGD as well. I play e4 as White. Can anyone point me in the direction of openings that will teach me different structures? I know that's a broad question, but this is a huge area of weakness for me.
