Andrew Soltice in his book on The London System does a wonderful job explaining the opening. Plus it is an easy read for a chess book.---------MR

I've never played this idea before myself so I'm curious to know what the major ideas of this opening are for middle game. From what I understand it is very difficult to stop the development of white, but beyond that....I know very little.
