Nothing that can be described it two rows... you have to work it out yourself.
The Mikenas Attack (1.c4 Nf6 2.Nc3 e6 3.e4) is not much of a problem, but white usually plays 3.Nf3, which opens a big can of worms. Also 1.c4 Nf6 2.g3 is another big branch of transpositions.
