Looking for a defense against the Ruy Lopez

Really? With tons of freaking search engines and chess databases you decide it's best to ask in a forum full of trolls? If you like Open positions then play the OPEN Spanish (wasn't it obvious?), and no, I'm not joking.

I have a blind rage against the Ruy Lopez, I am aware that many lines may be exciting, but it is usually a drawfest.

This is the only game that I really like that comes out of a Ruy López. (I don't know how to post games from the mobile app) http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1028959

You could turn things around completely as black and play the petroff. Otherwise any of the main lines of the Spanish are fun to play. Else, the Sicilians. I'd avoid the pirc. Yuck!!!

Thanks @kindaspongey. I also tought either the berlin (which is open), the open defense or the marshall.
My worries are that i wont get to the marshall in online games because everyone plays anti-marshall lines. So i have to learn a very complex system which i seldom get on the board.
It seems berlin or open defense are more time efficient. What is your experience?

A drawfest? I like you buddy. But you are just talking non-sense on this one.
Okay, maybe it's not as popular as the Italian Game, but it is a good opening. I can see why it's an opening (besides being a opening to place your bishop to pin a knight just to castle). The point with the Ruy Lopes is to win a pawn (exchange variation or successful pin). 1 e4 e5 2 Nf3 Nc6 3 Bb5 a6 4 Bxc6 dxc6 5 Nxe5.
I am looking for a defense against the Ruy Lopez that fits with the Rest of my repertoire. In general I prefer open positions over closed ones. Here is my repertoire:
I open with e4 with White:
Scotch
3. Nc3 against the French
Exchange with 3. Bd3 against the Caro-Kann
Grand Prix against the sicilian (maybe with the aim to learn the open sicilian against e6 )
With Black:
I play the Two Knights and Queens Gambit declined. Against the Italian with 4. d3 I play 4. Be7 with the aim for a later d5.
Until now I played the two Knights (Berlin defense) also against the Ruy Lopez. My main concern is if its worth to learn a closed variation against the Ruy or if I should stick with the Berlin. In the Berlin defense I can after 4. 0-0 play 4. Nxe4 and after 5. d4 play 5 a6 and switch to the open defense to avoid the berlin wall but it's not possible against 5. Re8
